Community Food
Nutritional Development Services' Community Food Program collects food from Catholic parishes, church-related organizations, and other institutions and distributes it to food cupboards and meal programs serving people in need.
The program provides a way for individuals and organizations to contribute to the food needs of the poor.

Looking To Direct Your United Way Gift? Committed to the mission of feeding the hungry in our community?
Nutritional Development Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia strives each day to feed the hungry in our midst. You can join in this mission by donor designating your United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania donation through the donor designation program. Last year through the Community Food Program, NDS facilitated food drives which stocked food pantries throughout the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Two million meals were provided to hungry men, women, and children through this grass roots effort.
It is easy to direct your 2011-2012 United Way gift to NDS. Select donor designation on your United Way pledge form and enter code number 05864.
Note: This NDS code only applies to the United Way of Southeastern Pa. For other United Ways or Combined Campaigns, fill in the name and address of NDS on your pledge form.

Memory & Celebration Cards

NDS offers Memory and Celebration cards that represent a donation in an individual's name to help alleviate hunger in our community.
Each card ordered funds the purchase of food to stock local food cupboards and soup kitchens.
